Month sees the third highest price sale in Acton ever

The average price of a home sold in the W3 post code area during July was £448.555 according to the latest figures from the Land Registry.
This is based on 65 properties sold during the month four of which changed hands for over a million pounds.
The highest priced sale was on Rosemont Road with £1,755,000 being paid. This was the third highest priced sale in Acton at that time.
The July data from Land Registry's House Price Index shows an annual price increase of 6.3% in London taking the average property value up to £385,799. Nationally the average in England and Wales rose by 0.8% to £164,098 Repossession volumes decreased by 23 per cent in May 2013 to 1,365 compared with 1,765 in May 2012.
The most up-to-date figures available show that during May 2013, the number of completed house sales in England and Wales increased by 19% to 62,651 compared with 52,516 in May 2012. The number of properties sold in England and Wales for over £1 million in May 2013 increased by 28% to 740 from 576 in May 2012.
