Prices move up again in W3 during August
Acton property prices have moved higher in August according to the latest official numbers.
The average price of an Acton property reported as sold in August was £367,969. July's average was £307,735 compared to June's level of £378,823 and May's £418,750. This is the highest ever average for a single month but the average is distored by the sale of a single property on Shaa Road for £1,455,000.
Volumes are so low in the market at the moment that monthly price averages are not necessarily a reliable guide to market direction
