Average recovers strongly from February low
According to the latest figures from the Land Registry the average price of a home changing hands in Acton during March was £384,053.
This included on property which changed hands for over £1 million in Rosemont Road.
The average price achieved in February was £319,098 compared to over £400,000 in January when fewer flats were sold and three houses went for over £1 million.
