Prices suggest market has moved down from peak
The numbers below are from the Land Registry for homes in the Acton area that changed hands during December.
The average price per property changing hands during the month was £380,353 down from £429,342 in November which was an all-time high. The previous record was August 2007 when prices reached £392,986 in August. The average for November was boosted by two properties selling for over £1 million. Excluding these two sales the average was slightly below that seen in August.
