Alice Hudson awarded in Queen's Birthday Honours List

Alice Hudson, the Executive Head Teacher of Twyford Church of England Academies Trust has been made a Dame in the Queen's Birthday Honours List. Before her current position she was Head Teacher of Twyford CofE High School in Acton for 11 years.

After graduating with an English degree from Oxford University, Dame Alice took up a career in teaching English and Religious Education.

Twyford Church of England Academies Trust is a multi-academy trust affiliated to the London Diocesan Board for Schools.

The Trust opened a second school in September 2013, William Perkin CofE High School in Greenford, and is hoping to open a third high school once a site is found.
