It's Back to Acton for Emilia Fox

After news of divorce from Jared Harris

News filtered out today that Acton resident Emilia Fox was back in her marital home in Poets Corner after Jared Harris, son of the late Richard Harris, had filed for divorce from the beautiful and talented actress.

The couple had been married for three and a half years. Emilia is the daughter of actors Edward Fox and Joanna David.

The legal papers for the divorce were lodged at the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Emilia recently moved out of the house she shared with Jared in California.

The split follows months of speculation. Two months ago The Mail on Sunday pictured Emilia gazing adoringly at the actor O.T. Fagbenie, her co-star in the television drama Consuming Passions, about the Mills & Boon publishing house. She denied that she was doing anything untoward.

There have also been mutterings about the couple's age-gap (Jared is 13 years older than 34-year-old Emilia). Also, Emilia's cousin Laurence Fox, who married Billie Piper a year ago has recently become a father and Emilia has recently talked about her desire to have children.

Emilia has recently finished filming both the latest series of the popular BBC1 drama Silent Witness and a film production of Oscar Wilde’s The Picture Of Dorian Gray, while Jared has been working on a string of independent films, and most recently appeared alongside Eddie Izzard and Minnie Driver in an American TV drama, The Riches, which has now been cancelled.
