Acton Children Design Mayor's Christmas Card

Artwork and poem comes from West Twyford Primary School

Two West Twyford Primary School students' artwork and poetry are being used in the Mayor of Ealing's Christmas card this year.

Six-year-old Dellie-Jean Daley's nativity scene won the front cover design, while 10-year-old Fahma Duale's poem is this year's inside greeting. Fahma's poem reads:

Under the tree the gifts enthrall,
But the nicest present of all,
Is filling our thoughts with those who care,
Wanting our Christmas joy to share

The Mayor, Councillor Mrs Barbara Yerolemou met the two pupils in her parlour on Monday to thank them for their help and to congratulate them.
