Air Ambulance Lands in Vicinity of Acton Park

Major disruption to traffic lunchtime on Friday

Reports are coming in that there has been an incident in the vicinity of Acton Park at around 1:00pm today.

Major disruption to traffic on East Acton Lane has also been reported.

The accident is reported to be a collision on Worple Way between a car and a motorbike.

Just after 1:00pm on the Vale at Worple Way, an ambulance was called to an accident involving a car and a motorbike.

The air ambulance was called and a fast response car also attended. The crew treated a 46-year-old man who was taken as a priority to Charing Cross with abdominal injuries.

He was escorted by the doctor from the air ambulance.
