Large proportion of flat sales drives down average
Generally prices appear to be off the peaks seen towards the end of last year with the average price achieved in February below the £400,000 mark but this could partly be explained by the significant number of lower priced flats such as Bromyard House coming to the market.
The average price achieved in February was £319,098 compared to over £400,000 in January when fewer flats were sold and three houses went for over £1 million. A detailed report on the market will appear shortly in the ActonW3.com newsletter.
