High prices suggest market continuing to rise
The numbers below are from the Land Registry for homes in the Acton area that changed hands during November.
The average price per property changing hands during the month was £429,342. This is an all-time high for sales for a single month, the previous record was August 2007 when prices reached £392,986 in August which was an all-time high. The average for November was boosted by two properties selling for over £1 million. Excluding these two sales the average was slightly below that seen in August.
