A new gym has been opened last Friday (3 February) in South Acton.

Energie Fitness launched on Bollo Bridge Road promising a state-of-the-art gym available with no long term commitment with memberships starting at £29.99 a month.

Fitness machines include cardio, resistance and there are functional zones as well as free classes run by instructors.

It will be open seven days a week from 6am -10pm weekdays and from 8am to 8pm at the weekend.

The new gym is located at the Acton Gardens hub, where most of the non-residential uses at Acton Gardens are centred, including the community centre, doctor’s surgery, nursery, youth centre and Sainsbury’s Local. There are now just two retail/commercial units remaining to be let in the hub.

Puneet Chopra, Director, Energie Fitness Acton, commented, “I am really pleased to bring the new Energie Fitness, a local gym to the residents of Acton Gardens with the advantage of having it at their doorsteps. At énergie we take pride in helping our members achieve their fitness goals – all within a fun and empowering environment. From the warm personal welcome to the state-of-the-art equipment we offer a unique blend of budget and boutique – so you really feel where you belong.”

Daniel King, Managing Director, West London and Thames Valley, Countryside, said, “Creating a successful place requires far more than just new homes, and so we are delighted to welcome Energie Fitness to Acton Gardens. Adding to the existing community infrastructure at the Acton Gardens hub, the new gym improves the access of Acton Gardens residents to a wide range of facilities and services on their doorsteps, alongside generous open spaces for everyone to enjoy.”

Energie Fitness Acton is located at Unit A & B, Joyce Court, Bollo Bridge Road, Acton W3 8DR.
