Man Fights for His Life After Market Place Assault

A man remains in a critical condition in hospital weeks after he was the victim of an assault in Acton.

The 61-year-old man was found suffering from a serious head injury in Market Place after emergency services were called to the scene at around 10.20pm on Tuesday, 18 August.

His next of kin have been informed.

26-year-old Ryan Crawford of Acton High Street has appeared at Ealing Magistrates’ Court charged with Grievous Bodily Harm.

Anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has video or images that could assist police, is asked to call 101 ref CAD 8394/18AUG20.
