Criminal Behaviour Order Issued to Man in South Acton | ||||
Jagjit Rao banned from certain areas of W3 and Morrisons
The South Acton Team neighbourhood police team have issued a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) to Jagjit Rao following a conviction for possession of drugs. The police say that Mr Rao had persistently been behaving in an anti-social manner around the Block 14 area of Ragley Close W3. This included sleeping rough and using drugs in the stairwells, which resulted in a huge amount of discarded and potentially dangerous drugs paraphernalia.
The CBO was imposed on Rao by Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on 9 December 2016 as a result of an application made by Ealing Borough Police working in partnership with Ealing Council and the local community. The conditions imposed on Rao by the CBO prohibit him from: 1. Having in his possession or control any drugs paraphernalia, including but not limited to needles, snap bags and tin foil. Rao can be arrested if he breaches any of these conditions. If you become aware that he is doing so the police ask you to contact them immediately.
