How events get featured on this site

We will list most Acton events in our calendar for free. If you know of an event that isn't listed let us know by sending details to editor@Actonw3.com

For coverage on the home page of this site and our weekly newsletter which goes to over 2,500 local people send us full details of your event.

First priority goes to events paying to be listed. Any community based non-profit events will receive prominent coverage subject to the availability of space.

Commercial events can sometimes get free coverage but during busy times of the year there is often no available space.

It is very helpful if you want publicity for an event to send us full details of the event in a form that can be converted into an article at least ten days before the event is taking place.

Generally events from outside the area are not listed for free unless there is a significant connection with Acton.

If you organise events regularly in Acton contact us and we may be able to give you direct access to update events on our calendar.

If you are paying to promote your events in other local media don't expect a significant amount of free coverage on this site.

If an event at your favourite venue or club doesn't appear on our site just tell the organisers to get in touch with us and it will be added.
