Volunteers needed for parkrun event this Sunday

Can you help out at Acton's Junior parkrun this Sunday?

Volunteers are needed to lend a hand with the youngsters, including a warm up leader,a tail walker and more general marshalls.

As well as fresh air and a feeling of doing something useful, you'll get coffee and mini eggs as a well deserved reward afterwards.

The 2k circuit is for 4-14 year olds and takes place every Sunday at 9am at Acton Park, Uxbridge Road, London, W3 7LB.

It's completely free to take part but all runners must register beforehand and bring the printed copy with barcode.
