A woman has been killed after being knocked down by a rubbish lorry in Park Royal.
Police were called at around 8:45am on Monday, 25 April, to reports of a refuse lorry in collision with a pedestrian in Abbey Road at the junction with Eldon Way.
The 57-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Next of kin have been informed, however officers await formal identification. The driver of the refuse lorry stopped at the scene. There has been no arrest.
Detectives from the Collision Investigation Unit at Alperton are investigating.
