Man filmed apparently stealing from outside local houses

Residents in East Acton have been warned to take extra care with packages they have delivered after a spate of thefts from doorsteps.

Footage of a man apparently stealing packages from outside a house in East Acton has been circulated via neighbourhood watch service OWL and is shown above.

What appears to be the same man was caught, again, on CCTV, in Acton Central checking for parcels. This footage appears below.

Police have been informed and the advice now is to adjust instructions to Amazon and any other couriers to leave your parcels with neighbours rather than on the doorstep.
