Building firm working on station redevelopment reaching out to community

Acton businesses are being given the opportunity to advertise for free at Acton Main Line Station.

GRAHAM won the Crossrail contract for rebuilding the station and part of registering for the voluntary Commitment to Considerate Construction requires building companies and suppliers to abide by a code to ensure safety as well as respect and help the community.

The site engineer for GRAHAM Construction company at Acton Mainline Nathaniel Reid, has contacted Acton W3 offering ad space for local businesses he said:

''I'm an Engineer working on the development of Acton Main Line Station. As part of our commitment to consider construction I have an A0 board in our canteen that I would to offer out for free advertisement for local businesses.''
