St. Vincent's Roman Catholic Primary School

Highly popular two form entry Roman Catholic primary serving the three local Parishes. About half the pupils are from ethnic groups other than White British and a third speak English as a second language. The academic achievement of the school is very high.

The last OFSTED report rated the school as satisfactory. There have been several changes of leadership over the last few years and the current head teacher is relatively new.

How do you get in? 

The school is very heavily over-subscribed. First priority is given to looked after children. Then baptised Catholic children of practising Catholic families, who live within the boundaries of the three Acton parishes (Our Lady of Lourdes, Holy Family and Saint Aidan’s) as shown on the map available at the school. 68% of places are reserved for families, who live within the boundaries of the parish of Our Lady of Lourdes, 9% for families, who live within the boundaries of the parish of the Holy Family and 23% for those within the boundaries of the parish of St Aidan’s.

In the event that there are more applicants than places in any of the above categories or sub categories, places will be allocated in each category or sub category by proximity from home to school, measured along the shortest paved and lit walking route.
