East Acton Primary School East Acton Primary School has received awards including ‘Investors in People’, the ‘Quality Mark’ and ‘National Healthy Schools Standard’. The immediate locality has pockets of social and economic disadvantage and the proportion of pupils eligible for a free school meal is well above average. The school has a rich and diverse ethnic mix. Just over a quarter of the pupils are from white British families. The remaining pupils come mainly from black British, black Caribbean, black African, Indian, Pakistani, Asian and Arabic speaking families.
